Not buy a microscope but use this pretty cool USB Microscope. You just put it in your USB computer slot and voila, instant magnifying. This cool gadget is capable of zooming up to an impressive 200x and there is even included software in the event that you want to film your findings or take pictures. You can use it by hand or put it in a special desktop stand. If light sources are not that bright you will like to know that there is even LED illumination available. This really is a well all-rounder.

Now although we would probably use the USB Microscope only to have fun, we do need to say that this device is really useful for some students out there. You can even use if for science purposes. Examen coins, documents, jewelery and whatever you want. Just keep in mind that the USB Microscope will only work on Windows computers. You will also need at least 384 MB RAM to make it work.
